KRG Prime Minister Meets New Korean Consul General

On Sunday, January 14, 2024, the Kurdistan Regional Government’s Prime Minister, Masrour Barzani, received Seungcheol Lim, the Republic of Korea’s newly appointed Consul General to the Kurdistan Region.

Prime Minister Barzani extended his congratulations to Mr. Seungcheol on his new assignment, expressing his hopes for a successful tenure. He emphasised the KRG’s eagerness to strengthen ties between the Kurdistan Region and South Korea.
