Prime Minister Barzani Receives Swedish Chargé d’Affairs

Erbil, Kurdistan Region – On Wednesday, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani received Jörgen Lindström, the Chargé d’Affaires of the Swedish Embassy.

During the discussion, both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening relations and exchanged views on current developments in Iraq and the wider region.

The meeting also highlighted the active role of the Kurdistani diaspora in Sweden and the need for cooperation on climate change and migration.
