PM Masrour Barzani meets British Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy

Erbil, Kurdistan Region, Iraq (GOV.KRD) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani on Tuesday met with Kwasi Kwarteng, the British Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

In the meeting, bilateral relations in the fields of trade and energy were discussed, with both sides emphasizing the importance of reform in the Kurdistan Region’s banking system in order to develop the oil sector, and potential benefits to be derived from the experience of British companies.
