Prime Minister Masrour Barzani meets with UK Ambassador

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) – Today, Prime Minister Masrour Barzani welcomed Stephen Hitchen, UK Ambassador to Iraq.

They discussed the preparations for forming the new KRG cabinet. Both sides agreed on the importance of establishing an inclusive and unified government that serves all the people of the Kurdistan Region without discrimination and begins its work as soon as possible.

They also discussed the critical need to ensure the Kurdistan Region’s financial entitlements, fair allocation of resources, and constitutional rights. Additionally, they exchanged views on strengthening bilateral relations across various sectors.
