Prime Minister Masrour Barzani meets with Ambassador of Türkiye

Erbil, Kurdistan Region (GOV.KRD) – Prime Minister Masrour Barzani today welcomed Anıl Bora İnan, Ambassador of Türkiye to Iraq, and Erman Topçu, Consul General of Türkiye to the Kurdistan Region.

They discussed enhancing bilateral relations and developments in Iraq and the broader region.

Ambassador İnan congratulated the successful Kurdistan Region parliamentary elections and the convening of the first session of its sixth term. They agreed on the importance of swiftly forming a new KRG cabinet.

They also discussed the situation in Syria and the need to safeguard regional peace and stability.
